Each year, San Diego's meat masters attempt to cut the competition for rights to the best sausage in town. In this exciting and outrageous cook-off, chefs enter their favorite sausage recipes, from Chorizo to Bratwurst, to present to the public for a winning vote. Come out on June 17th, and see who will be left high and dry, and who will smoke the competition.
